1. The Contempt Petitions above mentioned alongwith other Contempt Petitions were listed before the Hon’ble Court on 29.01.2019 with an office report dated 28.01.2019, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

“Heard learned counsel for the appearing parties.
During the course of the hearing, Mr. Pallav Sishodiya learned Senior Counsel appearing for the State placed before us a chart title “Table 02- Category-wise Vacant Seats against total 72825 Seats.
The aforementioned Chart needs to be updated on two counts:
(i) It does not reflect status with regard to 1536 posts which are referred to in the affidavit filed in compliance of the order of this Court; and
(ii) The vacancy situation as tabulated also does not reflect the marks secured by the last candidate in the respective category.
We, therefore, direct the State to update the Chart on the second count and also place on record the status with regard to 1536 posts and indicate how those candidates had been accommodated and the marks secured by the last candidates in respective categories, as stipulated in the present Chart. Let fresh Charts be placed before this Court within three weeks.
List the matters for further hearing on 27.02.2019 at 2.00 p.m.”
2. It is further submitted that no document has been filed by the State of U.P. so far.
3. It is submitted that Mr. Amit Pawan, Advocate has on 12.02.2019 filed a Contempt Petition alongwith vakalatnama on behalf of the applicants and an application for exemption from filing official translation for contempt of Hon’ble Court’s order dated 7.12.2015, 24.02.2016, 24.08.2016 & 25.07.2017 passed by Hon’ble Court in C.A. Nos. 4347-4375/2014. The Contempt Petitions have been registered as C.P. © Nos. 323-351 of 2019.
4. It is further submitted that Mr. F.A. Ayyubi, Advocate has on 25.02.2019 filed an application for impleadment on behalf of applicants to implead the applicant as party petitioners alongwith vakalatnama in C.P.(c) Nos. 1993-2021/2018. The same has been shown as I.A. No. 34711 of 2019. Copy of the same is placed below Contempt Petition paper books.
5. It is further submitted that Mr. F.A. Ayyubi, Advocate has on 25.02.2019 filed an application for permission to file additional documents alongwith an application for exemption from filing official translation in C.P.(c) Nos. 1673-1701/2018. The same has been shown as I.A. Nos. 34714 & 34715 of 2019. Copies of the same are placed below Contempt Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that Dr. Vinod Kumar Tewari Advocate has on 26.02.2019 filed an application for impleadment to implead the applicant as party petitioners in C.P.(c) Nos. 2022-2050/2018 and an application for direction alongwith vakalatnama and the same have been shown as I.A. Nos. 35174 & 35176 of 2019 respectively. Copies of the same are placed below Contempt Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Satyajeet Kumar, Advocate has on 26.02.2019 filed an application for impleadment on behalf of applicants to implead the applicant as party petitioners alongwith vakalatnama in C.P.(c) Nos. 1332/2018. The same has been shown as I.A. No. 35178 of 2019. Copy of the same is placed below Contempt Petition paper books.
8. It is lastly submitted that Mr. Amit Pawan, Advocate has on 26.02.2019 filed an application for permission to file additional documents in C.P.(c) Nos. 20-48/2019. The same has been shown as I.A. No. 35192 of 2019. Copy of the same is placed below Contempt Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Piyush Dwivedi, Advocate has on 26.02.2019 filed an application for impleadment on behalf of applicants to implead the applicant as party respondent alongwith vakalatnama in C.P.(c) Nos. 1391/2018. The same has been shown as I.A. No. 35161 of 2019. Copy of the same is circulated herewith.
