1. List the matter for on final arguments 5th April, 2017.
2. In the meanwhile, the Union of India will ensure that the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights is in place in every State/Union Territory.
3. Learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of Ministry of Women and Child Development has shown us a copy of the Central Level Monitoring Format submitted by the State of Gujarat. He says that a master format has been prepared and, as per instructions, data has been compiled for 17 States and is being compiled for other States.
4. The Ministry of Women and Child Development should be in touch with all the States/Union Territories to ensure that the data is fully compiled before the next date of hearing.
