1. The office report is that all the High Courts have registered a suo motu writ petition in terms of our judgment dated 09-2-20181.
2. However, no satisfactory response has been received from the High Courts of Madhya Pradesh, Tripur, Delhi, Bombay and Gujarat.
3. We request the Secretary General to be in touch on telephone with the Registrar General of these High Courts to ascertain whether or not a suo motu writ petition has been registered by these High Courts covering the issues mentioned in the decision of this Court.
4. List the matter on 16th March, 2018.
