Order
1. The parties have successfully negotiated settlement agreement on 28.3.2018 which is placed on record along with the learned Mediator’s report. We have no hesitation in accepting the said settlement agreement.
2. We, however, direct that the aforesaid settlement between the parties be implemented within a period of six months from today.
3. We appreciate the efforts of Ms. Nandani Gore, learned Mediator, who persisted through twelve sittings.
4. With the aforesaid directions, the special leave petitions are disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 28.03.2018 which shall form part of this order. There shall be a decree in terms of the said settlement agreement.
5. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
