Order

1. It is stated in the Report of the Supreme Court Mediation Centre that the learned counsel for the petitioner requested the mediation proceedings to be held after 25.11.2020. Therefore, this Transfer Petition is adjourned to the third week of December, 2020 to enable the parties to appear either virtually or physically before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre after 25.11.2020. The Supreme Court Mediation Centre shall fix a date in the first week of December for the parties to appear either virtually or physically. If there is no possibility of settlement, the Mediator may submit a report so that it may be taken up on the next date of hearing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also made a submission to the effect that Ground no. B was raised by mistake. But the learned counsel for the respondent stated that the entire proceedings for transfer are based mainly upon Ground No. B. I am not pronouncing anything on the same at present.

3. The matter is adjourned to 14.12.2020 (Monday).
