3. The interim order passed on earlier occasion shall continue to operate till then.
4. On the next date of hearing, as undertaken, Dr. A.M. Singvhi, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners will complete his arguments within 20 minutes and Mr. Anand Grover, Dr. Rajeev Dhavan and Dr. Ashwani Kumar, learned senior counsel will conclude their arguments within 10 minutes each. They have assured us that they will not cross the time limit. Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned ASG appearing for the State of Maharashtra shall not exceed 30 minutes and Mr. Harish Salve, learned senior counsel appearing for the informant shall close his arguments within 10 minutes.
