1. Notice was issued in this petition on 08.07.2016 and while issuing notice further proceedings in Civil Suit No. 126 of 2016 titled as “Yogender Nath Agrawal v. Ravinder Nath Agrawal” pending before the Court of Addl. District Judge, Saket, New Delhi were stayed. Till date the petitioner has not been able to serve respondent nos. 1 and 4.
2. We are informed that the said suit is only at the stage of framing of the issues. We vacate the order of stay dated 08.07.2016.
3. Issue fresh notice to respondent nos. 1 and 4 through e-mail, returnable in six weeks.
