1. We have heard the matter in part. The learned counsel appearing for DLF Homes Panchkula Pvt. Ltd. has invited our attention to the order dated 19.11.2018 passed by this Court in DLF Homes Panchkula (P) Ltd. v. Himanshu Arora1 and connected matters. Learned counsel prays for time to prepare a chart indicating the prayers made in all the 48 matters pending in this Court, the effect of the orders passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC) and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and the impact of the decision of this Court in Himanshu Arora1.
2. List the matters on 04.01.2019. To be taken up at the end of the Board.
