2. The petitioner who is appearing in person states that the parties have lived together for one and a half year and have been living separately for about twelve years.

3. We thus think it appropriate to appoint Mr. Rana Mukherjee, learned senior counsel as Amicus Curiae on behalf of the respondent to assist this Court. Learned senior counsel may engage any Advocate-on-Record as per his convenience. Registry to make available the complete set of paper book to him.
