SLP(Crl) No. 2805/2017:-

1. The learned Amicus Curiae points out that the report from the Allahabad High Court is awaited and only thereafter he would be in a position to assist the Court.

2. Insofar as the present petitioners are concerned, the report has been received which states that the petitioners have gone through the detention period of almost sixteen years including the remission period. The conduct of the petitioners is found to be good and they have been presently working as convict officer in the jail Administration.

3. In view of these facts, we enlarge the petitioners on bail on terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the trial court.

4. The Registry is directed to send a reminder to the Allahabad High Court to send the report in terms of the previous order of this Court dated 31st March, 2017.

5. List after four weeks.
