1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. We only reiterate the liberty granted to the petitioner by the High Court to challenge the order passed by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) dated 8th November, 2017. We also make it clear that the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the contentions in the writ petition and the writ petition shall be disposed of expeditiously.
3. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
