2. It is stated that the present matter(s) is identical to Civil Appeal Nos. 1279-1280 of 2017 etc. (@ SLP(C) Nos. 27152-27153 of 2015) dated 30th January, 2017 – Madhukar v. Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Latur. In view of this statement, these petitions are also disposed of on the same terms.
3. Since this order is being passed ex-parte, the respondents will be at liberty to move this Court, if aggrieved.
