1. The business of the Company has come to a stand still. The Court is, therefore, of the tentative view that the present is a fit case where the Company may be wound up. The Department of Corporate Affairs will make an enquiry/investigation into the affairs of the Company and submit its report to the Court within a period of four weeks.
