2. Having heard learned counsels for the parties, we make it clear that on a next date, if so required, the Court will proceed to appoint an independent Board/Committee to run the affairs of the Company until an appropriate solution to the present impasse between the Directors (who are the father and the sons) is arrived at.

3. List the matter on 16th August, 2016.
