Order

1. Eight weeks time is granted to the Department of Corporate Affairs to make necessary enquiry and submit a report in terms of the order of this Court dated 15-3-20161. We make it clear that the enquiry ordered by this Court is only for the purpose of ascertaining the details of the functioning of the Company so as to enable the Court to decide as to whether the Company should be wound up or not.

2. In light of the above, the investigation by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) in terms of the order dated 13.04.2016 of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, copy of which has been placed before this Court, shall be kept in abeyance.

3. It will be open to the parties to settle the matter and make a mention of the terms of settlement before the Court.
