1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
2. This Court by an Order dated 8-6-2017, while issuing notice in the matter, as an interim measure, directed that the petitioner shall not be arrested.
3. Today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent-State submitted that charge-sheet has already been filed in the matter.
4. In view of that, we direct the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court and execute a bond for obtaining regular bail.
5. The Special Leave Petition is disposed of in the afore-stated terms.
6. Consequent upon the dismissal of the Special Leave Petition, pending applications filed in the matter also stand disposed of.
