1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the review petitioners draws our attention to para ‘46’ of the Constitution Bench decision of this Court in W.P.(Crl.) No. 108 of 2014 and prays for that in the light of the direction contained in the said paragraph, Review Petitions (Crl.) No. 306-307 of 2013 may be revived and listed for final hearing after notice to the opposite side. We see no reason to decline that prayer.
3. We accordingly restore Review Petitions (Crl.) No. 306-307 of 2013, filed in Criminal Appeals No. 145-146 of 2011, dismissed by this Court by an order dated 7th March, 2013. The review petitions shall now be listed for hearing in open Court before a Three-Judge Bench to be nominated by Hon’ble the Chief Justice of India. Learned counsel for the review petitioners shall be free to file amended review petitions.
4. Crl.M.P. No(s). 24815-24816 of 2014 are in the above terms allowed and disposed off. The records of the trial court shall be summoned, if already sent back.
