Order
1. On deposit of an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. twenty five thousand) for litigation expenses within four weeks from today, issue notice to the respondent. The notice will inform the respondent that the litigation expenses can be withdrawn unconditionally.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the amount deposited by the respondent along with interest and penalty may be returned to the respondent.
3. In the meanwhile, there shall be stay from operation of impugned order passed by the High Court.
