1. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the instant case, without commenting on the merits of the case, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Petitioner shall be released on bail in the event when he surrenders on his furnishing bail bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) and one surety of the like amount.
