1. Issue notice returnable within four weeks.


 


2. Dasti shall be effected on respondent no. 1, Union of India. As Mr. Mahaling Pandarge, learned standing counsel for State of Maharashtra, and Mr. Krishnamani, learned senior counsel, being assisted by Mr. Merusagar Samantaray, learned counsel have entered appearance on behalf of Respondents 2 and 3, no further notice need be issued to the said respondents Counter affidavit by Respondents 2 and 3 be filed within four weeks hence. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks therefrom. It is hereby made clear that the time frame stipulated hereinabove shall not be changed. If the counter affidavit or for that matter the rejoinder affidavit is not filed, the right to file the same shall stand foreclosed.


 


3. Tag with Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 184 of 2014.


 


4. There shall be stay of further proceedings in criminal complaint being OMA/353/2014 titled as Shri Rajesh Mahadev Kunte v. Shri Rahul Rajiv Gandhi pending before 3rd Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bhiwandi renumbered as S.C.C. No. 2425/2014 pending before the court of 4th Joint Civil Judge, J.D. & J.M.F.C., Bhiwandi.


 


5. List on 8-7-2015 along with the similar matters. All the matters shall be taken up as the first case on the Board.
