1. Interlocutory Application No. 45747 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The applicant may continue to use the plot at Alang temporarily on payment of current charges to the Gujarat Maritime Board as per policy. This arrangement to continue till the special leave petition is disposed of by this Court.
3. List the matter on 16th July, 2019.
4. Vacant plots as of today are permitted to be auctioned. The auction so conducted of these vacant plots is subject to the result of this petition.
