Order
1. On 8-5-20151, while passing a long order, this Court had directed to list the matter on 10th August, 2015. However, on the basis of interlocutory applications being filed, the matter was directed to be listed today.
2. It is submitted by Mr. P.P. Rao, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicants in I.A. Nos. 1-2 of 2015 in I.A. No. 20-21 of 2015 that 115 candidates stand at par with the candidates who have been granted relaxation by this Court.
3. Mr. Ravi Prakash Mehrotra, learned counsel appearing for the State of U.P. has submitted that there are many candidates who have qualified and are within the age limit, but they are not considered for being sent for training.
4. Mr. Ravi Prakash Mehrotra, learned counsel shall apprise this Court on 10th August, 2015, whether there are candidates who had secured more marks than the persons who have been sent for training because of age relaxation, are being ignored at present. The purpose of directing so is that the meritorious candidates should not lose because of certain senior persons who have got the age relaxation.
5. The prayer made in I.A. Nos. 1-2 of 2015 shall be considered on that day. Needless to say, if this Court is convinced for sending some other candidates for training, that would be pursuant to our direction.
6. Mr. Jayant Mehta shall serve a copy of the list of candidates on Mr. Ravi Prakash Mehrotra, and Mr. Purushottam Sharma Tripathi shall also give a list of 115 names to the learned counsel for the State by 4th August, 2015.
7. List the matter on 10th August, 2015.
