Order
1. Notice.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1/caveator accepts notice.
3. Let notice be issued to respondent No. 2.
4. We have interacted with the parties as well as children in the Chamber. For the time being, we are suspending the directions of the High Court contained in para 34 of the impugned order. The effect of that would be that the petitioner-wife is not supposed to restore the custody of the minor children to the respondent-husband herein immediately.
5. At the same time, it is also important that the respondent-husband is given access to the children as well as visitation rights, at least on weekend to begin with. For working out the modalities there of, list the matter on 10.03.2016.
