1. Issue notice returnable on 3rd July, 2018.
2. In the meantime, the petitioner shall present himself before the Committee of B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad within three days from today, with a copy of this order.
3. The petitioner shall be medically examined and the appropriate medical certification regarding the claim of the petitioner that he suffers from “low vision” shall be transmitted to the Registry of this Court within four days therefrom.
4. Let the matter be placed before the appropriate Bench on 3rd July, 2018.
