Principal Commissioner of Customs and Another v. Shasta Freight Service Pvt. Ltd.

1. In the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the specific finding recorded by the High Court to which we are also satisfied that there was a breach of Regulation 20(4) of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013, we see no reason to interfere with the same in exercise of powers under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.
