1. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties for some time.
2. Having regard to the facts of this case, which we need not go into at this stage, we direct the MCI to reconsider the request of the petitioner for recognition of the renewal of permission to increase the seats from 100 to 150 in MBBS course, before 17th August, 2015.
3. List the matter on 17th August, 2015.
