 This appeal is directed against the judgment and order passed by the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore in Miscellaneous First Appeal No. 594 of 2003, dated 12.10.2007.

The delay of 36 days in filing the review petition is condoned.

Prima facie, it appears that section 25 (1AA) of the Arms Act, 1959, has no application to the facts of the present case.
