1. The issue pertains to allotment/non-allotment of plots to the members of the petitioner-Association. By order dated 27-1-2016¹ Hon’ble Mr. Justice Vikramajit Sen, former judge of this Court has been appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the differences between the parties and the license holders (R. No. 6 and others).

2. By order dated 13-1-2015², Mr. Raju Ramachandran, learned senior counsel was earlier appointed as Amicus curiae to assist the Court.

3. The learned Arbitrator has sought certain clarifications.

4. Mr. Raju Ramachandran, learned amicus is requested to assist the Court in answering the clarifications sought by the Arbitrator.

5. Ms. Rashmi Nandakumar, Advocate, is also required to assist Mr. Raju Ramachandran, Learned Amicus.

6. The Registry is directed to supply copy of the paper books and other files to enable Mr. Raju Ramachandran, learned amicus to assist the Court.

7. List the matter on 1^st February, 2019 at 2.00 P.M.
