1. Learned amicus curiae has placed before us two communications dated 4th and 5th October, 2018.
2. A copy each of both these communications have been given to learned counsel for TISS, learned counsel for the State of Bihar as also learned Special Public Prosecutor for the CBI.
3. It is submitted by learned amicus curiae that it might be advisable if all the agencies that are concerned with the present proceedings, viz., CBI, NIMHANS, State of Bihar, AIIMS Patna, TISS and ENFOLD Bangalore have a meeting as soon as possible preferably in the coming week in terms of the suggestions given by the NIMHANS in the aforesaid communications.
4. It is stated by learned counsel for the State of Bihar that the Secretary in the Ministry of Social Welfare Department will coordinate and ensure that the meeting is held at the earliest.
5. List the matter on 25th October, 2018, the date already notified.
