1. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for the CBI seeks leave to withdraw the affidavit/factual report of the CBI. He says that in view of ongoing investigation, the incumbent officers i.e. Mr. Bhanu Bhaskar will be considered for special training in 2020 so that his career is not disrupted and Mr. Devendra Singh will be relieved of his duties from this case after filing of chargesheet, if necessary.
2. The affidavit/factual report is withdrawn.
3. List the matter in the first week of February, 2019.
4. Status report be filed by the CBI in the meanwhile.
