Order

1. In pursuance of our earlier order, the matter was sent to CSIR – Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore, Karnataka for testing of the product in question. The said Institute has sent the report in a sealed cover.

2. The Registry is directed to make copies of the said report and give it to the learned counsel for the parties within three days hence. Be it stated, the sealed envelop also contains a ‘memory card’. As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, the memory card need not be given. The same shall be kept in safe custody. Learned counsel for the parties are at liberty to argue on the basis of the report.

3. As prayed for, let the matter be listed on 19.07.2016.
