1. Application for permission to file additional documents/facts/annexures is allowed.

2. Interim order made absolute and stay applications are disposed of.

3. Appeals admitted.

4. We are of the view that the appeals are liable to be set down for hearing.

5. Learned counsel for the parties state that no further pleadings are to be filed.

6. Learned counsel for the parties agree that a joint list of dates running into not more than five pages will be filed along with the proposition they seek to advance with synopsis running into not more than three pages each. It is agreed, as suggested, that Civil Appeal Nos. 9037 of 2019 and Civil Appeal No. 629 of 2020 (Item Nos. 19.2 and 19.3) will be taken up first followed by Civil Appeal Nos. 9230-9232 of 2019 and Civil Appeal Nos. 2091-2093 of 2020 (Item Nos. 19 and 19.1).

7. Learned counsel for the parties state that they will be able to conclude the submissions maximum in a half day and will appropriately arrange the time between themselves.
