1. It is submitted by Mr. Pradeep Kumar Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there has been a typographical error in describing the name of the respondent No. 2. It is urged by him that the name should have been Budhpal @ Buddhu s/o Shri Ram and not Santpal Yadav.

2. We have been apprised that the address is correct as stated in the F.I.R. and the Charge-sheet. The same is also reflected from the bail application.

3. The cause title be rectified by the Registrar and fresh notice be issued to him.

4. Mr. Ratnakar Dash, learned senior counsel appearing for the State of U.P., shall also apprise us about the address mentioned in the Charge-sheet placed by the prosecution and about the identity of the respondent No. 2

5. List the matter on 24th September, 2015.
