1. We have been told that the matter connected with the lis is being heard by the Division Bench of the High Court of Delhi. We would request the High Court to proceed and finalise the matter by the end of March 2016.
2. It is submitted by Mr. Maninder Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General, that as far as the investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation is concerned, that may continue. However, the other directions by the High Court should be stayed.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, there shall be stay of further directions till the next date of hearing.
4. Let the matter be listed on 12.04.2016.
