1. This Review Petition has been filed against the Judgment dated 12.10.2017 whereby the Transferred Case was disposed of.
2. Permission to file review petition is granted.
3. Application seeking hearing of the review petition in open Court is rejected.
4. Despite the fact that there is a delay of 301 days in filing the review petition for which no satisfactory explanation has been furnished, we have gone through the review petition. In our opinion, no case for review of Judgment dated 12.10.2017 is made out. The review petition is dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
