Order

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out, that the petitioner has been sentenced to undergo three years’ imprisonment, out of which the petitioner has already undergone incarceration for a period of 20 months.

2. Even though, learned counsel for the respondent – CBI has invited our attention to paragraphs 33 to 36 of the judgment passed by the trial Court, and there may be justification in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, we are of the view, that the petitioner, having already suffered incarceration for a period of 20 months, deserves to be granted the concession of bail.

3. Ordered accordingly. Bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court, on such terms and conditions, as it may deem fit.
