2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is a permanent employee and by the finding recorded 5-2-20131 by the learned Single Judge in paragraph 4, he will be deprived of continuity of service as a result of which his retiral benefits will be affected.
3. Regard being had to the aforesaid submission, issue notice on the question of delay as well as on the special leave petition fixing a returnable date within 12 weeks.
