1. This Transfer Petition is filed for transfer of Criminal Case No. 531/2016 titled as “Naina Narang v. Rohit” pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court at Nainpur Madhya Pradesh to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
2. The respondents, though served, remained unrepresented.
3. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the grounds urged in the transfer petition, we deem it appropriate to allow this Transfer Petition.
5. Accordingly, we order for transfer of Criminal Case No. 531/2016 titled as “Naina Narang v. Rohit” pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court at Nainpur Madhya Pradesh to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
6. The Transfer Petition is allowed accordingly.
