In view of the fact that the main matter is already referred to a larger Bench by an order of Reference dated 11.8.2015, we are of the opinion that it is better that all the instant applications are also heard by the larger Bench. The Registry is, therefore, directed to place these matters before Hon’ble the Chief Justice of India for appropriate further orders.
