1. Leave granted.
2. When these appeals came up before this Court on 21.3.2017, this Court passed the following order:β
βOn a suggestion given by the Court, the learned counsel on both sides submitted that they would like to explore the possibility of resolving the disputes through Mediation.
Accordingly, we refer the matter to the Mediation Centre attached to the High Court of judicature at Madras to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties, who would appear before the said Mediation Centre on 11.04.2017 at 11.00 A.M.
The Incharge, Mediation Centre, after making an endeavour for amicable resolution of the disputes, shall submit a report to this Court within two weeks thereafter.
Post the matter on 28.04.2017.β
3. The Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras has submitted a Report that the parties have settled their disputes amicably.
4. The Memorandum of Compromise dated 11.04.2017 as duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel has also been filed before this Court.
5. Therefore, these appeals are disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise, referred to above, which shall form part of this order.
6. We record our appreciation for the earnest efforts taken by Ms. V. Ahalya, Mediator, Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras.
7. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
8. There shall be no orders as to costs.
