2. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
3. Let copy of this petition be supplied to learned Solicitor General for the Union of India.
4. The Petitioner is also permitted to serve notice upon the respondent/s through the Central Agency.
5. By way of an interim order, we direct that a medical Board shall be constituted at Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, comprising the following doctors :
1) Dr. Ashok Anand, Professor & HOD, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology
2) Dr. Kamlesh Jagyashi, Professor & HOD, Department of Neurology
3) Dr. N.R. Sutay, Professor & Head, Department of Pediatric
4) Dr. Shilpa Domkundwar, Professor & Head, Department of Radiology
5) Head of the Department, Psychiatry
6. In the meantime, the aforesaid Board shall submit a report about the condition and advisability of permitting a medical termination of pregnancy of the petitioner’s daughter, forthwith.
