1. This is an application for restoration.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 21.08.2017 dismissing the Special Leave Petition stands recalled and the Special Leave Petition stands restored to file in its original number.
3. The application for restoration stands allowed.
4. Issue notice on the Special Leave Petition subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs. 5 lacs before the Registry of this Court within four weeks hence failing which the Special Leave Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
5. The petitioner shall not be taken into custody during the aforesaid period.
