1. This Court had earlier appointed Mr. Gopal Subramanium, learned senior counsel as an Amicus Curiae to assist the Court in the matter. On the last date of hearing Mr. Subramanium made a request that he be relieved of his responsibility as an Amicus which was accepted by this Court.
2. In these circumstances, we have requested Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel who is present in the Court to assist the Court as an Amicus Curiae which he accepts. A set of all papers and reports be furnished to him. Ms. Priya Hingorani, learned advocate shall assist Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel in the matter.
3. We are informed that there is a bereavement in the family of the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and on this ground a short adjournment is sought for.
4. List the matter on 05.02.2019.
5. List also all interlocutory applications including I.A. Nos. 115287/2018 and 145850/2018 on the abovesaid date.
