Mohammed Amin v. State of Rajasthan and Others

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the judgment of this Court in Asfaq v. State of Rajasthan, (2017) 15 SCC 55, we direct that the petitioner shall be released on Parole for a period of twenty one days on the condition that he shall report to the Station House Officer of the concerned Police Station on every third day.
