Thanks to the strenuous efforts taken by Ms. Varuna Bhandari, learned Mediator, who has put in more than forty hours of mediation in fifteen different sessions in order to find a solution for thirty years long dispute in the family regarding their shares in the ancestral property, the parties, in principle, have agreed to have their shares fixed in the following manner

1. Thanks to the strenuous efforts taken by Ms. Varuna Bhandari, learned Mediator, who has put in more than forty hours of mediation in fifteen different sessions in order to find a solution for thirty years long dispute in the family regarding their shares in the ancestral property, the parties, in principle, have agreed to have their shares fixed in the following manner:—

1. Ground floor, over the stilt area, will go entirely to Mr. Sanjeev Juneja.

2. The First Floor will go, in equal shares, to the legal heirs of the two brothers, namely, Late Mr. Gur Sarup Juneja and Late Mr. Shabad Sarup Juneja.

3. The Second Floor will go, in equal shares, to Ms. Asha Jagota and legal heirs of Late Ms. Sushma Arora.

4. The Third Floor along with the terrace will go to the builder, ensuring that the amenities can be fixed.

2. There will be no basement in the premises.

3. All the parties are directed to look for the best offer for the construction, preferably from a Radha Swamy Satsang follower, seeking also the cooperation of the Radha Swamy Satsang followers.

4. List on 01.10.2018.
