1. A draft order has been handed over to us in Court today, with reference to the State of Uttarakhand. The petitioner, who appears in person affirms, that the same is in consonance with the orders passed by this Court with reference to other State Governments, and the same be made part of the order of this Court. The draft order with reference to recruitment of police personnel in the State of Uttarakhand is taken on record, and marked as Annexure C. The same be read as a part of this order.
