1. Application for exemption from filing official translation is allowed.
2. The only question sought to be examined by this court is whether the petitioner is required to deposit only Rs. 35,00,000/- (Rupees thirty five lakhs) as he states that the said amount was received through RTGS while the allegation is that Rs. 15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs) was paid in cash which petitioner seeks to deny. Since the matter is at the moment only of anticipatory bail and the petitioner claims to have deposited the first instalment of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs), we consider it appropriate to issue notice limited to the aforesaid aspect, returnable in four weeks.
