2. We have considered the contents of the Tribunal, Appellate Tribunals and Other Authorities (Conditions of Service) Bill, 2014. We feel that it would be more appropriate if observations made in Union of India v. Madras Bar Assn.1 (in paras 64 to 70) are also considered by the Government.
