Order

1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that although no formal applications have been made by them for the issue of copies of the digitised pleadings, depositions etc. so far yet they are ready to do so if permitted by this Court. They are also ready to deposit the copying charges, if any, They further submit that the High Court of Allahabad had while the matter was pending before it, issued certain directions in terms of an Order dated 20.08.2002 modified by a subsequent Order dated 17.02.2003 regarding publication of reports and proceedings relevant to the matter in this case. They submit that the said direction could also be continued pending final disposal of the appeals by this Court.

2. We accordingly direct that upon formal applications being made by learned counsel for the parties for grant of copy of the digitised version of the evidence as also pleadings and evidence, the Registry shall take steps to have the said copies furnished to the parties concerned upon payment of charges, if any, payable under the Rules. We further direct that interim direction issued by the High Court in terms of its Order dated 20.08.2002 as modified by its Order dated 17.02.2003 shall continue to remain operative pending further orders from this Court.
