S.L.P.(C) Nos. 9924-9925/2013:
1. It is brought to our notice that, pursuant to the orders passed by the Trial Court, the respondents herein had refunded a sum of Rs. 38,70,000/- (Rupees thirty eight lakh seventy thousand only) to the petitioners herein.
2. Before hearing of these petitions, we direct that the aforesaid amount be paid back to the respondents by the petitioners within six weeks’ time from today. After making such payment, an appropriate memo shall be filed by the petitioners.
3. We direct the Registry to list these matters for hearing along with the remaining matters on board, after the filing of the aforesaid Memo.
4. We clarify that in case the petitioners herein succeed, the respondents shall refund the aforesaid amount within six weeks’ time from the date of the final jdugment and order passed by this Court, with appropriate interest as may be fixed by this Court.
